Independent.
Impartial.
Accountable.

The International Commission for Professional Accreditation is an independent, non-profit authority advancing quality and credibility in professional education worldwide.

Trust through
independence.

ICPA exists to advance the public good by raising the quality, credibility, and consistency of professional certification and training worldwide. We do this through independent accreditation — establishing structured frameworks, governance standards, and assurance mechanisms.

Operating with a strong emphasis on independence and impartiality, ICPA separates accreditation oversight from commercial certification activities to ensure trust, transparency, and integrity.

Ethics & Appeals Committee

Hears appeals against accreditation decisions and adjudicates complaints. Operates independently of operational accreditation activities.

Stakeholder Advisory Panel

Provides advisory input from employers, professionals, regulators, and consumer voices. Ensures broad market representation in policy development.

Technical Working Groups

Domain-specific working groups drive deep technical work in IT, healthcare, finance, engineering, sustainability, and emerging fields.
